Hayes is working to be the preferred forest services provider to First Nations in their evolving role in the forest industry in British Columbia.
   In serving the needs of First Nations, we are guided by our Corporate Guiding Principles.

Our business and profitability will grow in conjunction with the forest industry capacity and profitability of our First Nation customers.

         resources through management plans developed jointly
         by our Company and the First Nations.

         understanding, accessibility, commitments,
         responsibility and accountability.
      • Pursuing business opportunities and joint ventures with
         First Nations with transparent agreements.
      • Promoting and training First Nations to participate in all
         aspects of our Company.
      • Being the best available comprehensive source of First
         Nations forest industry capacity building through
         education and training.
      • Encouraging First Nations to articulate their expectations
         and the level of service they require from Hayes.
      • Evolving and varying the service level to meet the
         changing needs of First Nation customers.
