Main Offices
Hayes is headquartered in a new a state-of-the-art facility in North Cowichan, BC. The main office complex houses over 50 employees who perform a variety of management, administrative, engineering, consultative, helicopter operations and maintenance functions. 
   We are proud of the professional work environment we have created. It reflects the importance we place on providing stimulating and efficient workspaces to produce the very best results for our clients. Our headquarters features an employee fitness centre and a staff lounge, complete with full kitchen.
   Along with the remarkable design, we have incorporated advanced communications and computer technologies to connect our head office with field operations, to network divisions internally, to produce technologically superior studies and reports, and to create sophisticated information systems for our clients. 

Heavy Equipment Repair & Overhaul Facility
Our new 13,000 square foot equipment repair complex specializes in the overhaul and maintenance of heavy equipment for the forest, trucking, road building and construction industries. 
   This facility includes a conventional shop, complete with a fully equipped machine shop, truck pits, heavy equipment lifts, a cleaning and painting bay and power saw and small engine shop.
   The Heavy Equipment Repair & Overhaul Facility provides maintenance and repair for the Hayes fleet of heavy equipment and for equipment owned by third parties.

Helicopter Component & Airframe Overhaul Facility
Helicopter Component & Airframe Overhaul Facility
Providing overhaul and repair of all components, airframes and airframe systems for Sikorsky S-61N and Bell 206 helicopters, this facility is fly-in accessible. To minimize downtime by having helicopter parts readily available and to adhere to Transport Canada’s rigorous standards, the facility offers heli-parts storage with extensive inventories. Our well-equipped component shop enables us to completely rebuild helicopter engine and transmission components. Our new Engine Overhaul Facility allows us to repair and maintain Sikorsky
S-61N engines.
   A 6,700 square foot hangar houses our fleet of helicopters when not operating or during maintenance.
   The Helicopter Component & Airframe Overhaul Facility maintains and repairs the Hayes fleet of helicopters and also offers service to third parties.

Warehouse
With the complexity of Hayes operations, it is imperative that supplies and materials are available in a timely and cost-effective manner. We have a carefully controlled warehouse and materials handling facility that uses an inventory management system to keep equipment and personnel functioning at peak efficiency.
