Helicopter Component & Airframe Overhaul Facility
Hayes operates a Transport Canada approved Helicopter Component & Airframe Overhaul Facility for specialized maintenance of Sikorsky S-61N and Bell 206 series helicopters. We overhaul and repair all components, airframes and airframe systems for each aircraft. We also repair and maintain Sikorsky S-61N engines in our new Engine Overhaul Facility.
   The facility is part of the Hayes 20,320 square foot shop located in Duncan, British Columbia, Canada. It is fly-in accessible and is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and extensive inventories.
   Our maintenance staff is experienced on high utilization aircraft. We are responsive to the scheduling demands of our customers and provide the highest level of quality. The Helicopter Component & Airframe Overhaul Facility maintains and repairs the Hayes fleet of helicopters and also offers service to third parties.
